Sarvagna Health Care Institute is a not-for-profit trust registered in January 2014, with the intention of providing quality health care for the under privileged community. As a first step, Dialysis Centre was inaugurated on the 3rd of March 2014 by the Honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka Sri Siddaramaiah.The center started functioning on 6th May 2014.
Most of the Governing Body Members are into Social Service for a long time. They have come together to start this Institute with the objective of providing health care to the people who can't afford quality health care facilities.
Sri K J George, Honorable Home Minister, Government of Karnataka is the Chairman of Sarvagna Health Care Institute. His vision and commitment to help people has helped to take shape of this new organisation.
BPL (Below Poverty Line) card holders are provided with free of cost dialysis facility and APL (Above Poverty Line) card holders are charged ₹ 400 at our center. We strive to provide quality and personal care for all.
Medicare Center was inaugurated by Mr K J George, Honorable Home Minister of Karnataka on 29th of October 2014. In this center, all services are provided at an subsidized rate and free care will be provided for identified vulnerable individuals.
This center has capacity of 13 dialysis machines and beds, but currently started with 10 bed capacity and treatment will be given for individuals who require dialysis. This centre has sophisticated machinery and the centre is managed by trained doctors, dialysis technicians and staff nurses. This center is dream project of honorable Home Minister Shri. K J George and M.L.A of Sarvagnanagar constituency. This center is dedicated to public service with the aim to provide quality care for people in need.
Medicare Centre is an integrated primary care clinic started in collaboration with Bangalore Baptist Hospital with the aim to provide outpatient services for all illness with focus on chronic disease at the Medicare center. All the services in the Medicare centre are provided at a very subsidized rate and for identified underprivileged individuals the service including medicines are provided for no cost to the patient's.

The focus of the pharmacy will be to provide quality and low cost medicine for the people to reduce cost of health care, increase compliance to medication (mainly for people with chronic disease) and reduce early complications.
We conduct regular screening camp for diabetes and hypertension in the community. Area with poor urban neighborhood is selected for screening camp. At each camp we aim to screen around 300 individuals and further follow up service will be provided at Medicare Centre.
